Ingredients: Water, beta alanine, taurine, caffeine anhydrous, glucuronolactone, acid (citric acid), acidity regulator (E331), flavouring, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, neotame), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), maltodextrine.

Recommended use: Take 1 serving twice a day (1 serving = 30 ml). Shake before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
